Step 2 — Collect from the yard

Drive to Unit 2 Britannia House, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE13 7BA. Give one of the team your order number and we'll load you up. Aim for the same day where possible.

Step 3 — Crack on with the job

That's it — your fencing's in the van and you're back on site.

When should I collect my order?
Most items are available immediately and reserved for 72 hours. If you need to collect later, ring us on 0191 500 9669 and we'll do what we can.

Do I pay online or at the yard?
Online, in full, when you place the order. Saves time at collection — just give us your order number on arrival.

Where do I collect?
Unit 2 Britannia House, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE13 7BA.

How long do I have to collect?
72 hours from order. If you can't make that window, ring us on 0191 500 9669 and we'll usually extend.

I want to add or change something on my order.
Tell us when you arrive — the yard team can sort it.

Where do I find my order number?
On your email order confirmation. If you've lost it, the yard team can find it from your name and phone number.

I no longer need my order.
Ring us on 0191 500 9669 as soon as possible. Depending on the items we may be able to refund or issue store credit.
