Where we deliver

We deliver pressure-treated fencing, sleepers, timber and related stock across Newcastle, Tyneside, South Tyneside, Northumberland and parts of County Durham from our yard at NE13 7BA. Enter your postcode at checkout or contact us for confirmation.

Lead times

  • Stock items: next working day for most NE postcodes when ordered before midday Mon–Fri. Sameday collection where stock allows.
  • Bulk or special orders: 2–5 working days, confirmed on order.
  • Dates you choose are requested dates — we confirm where we can but they are not guaranteed. Weather and route loading can occasionally move things; we always keep you posted.
  • Lead times are not guarantees

Delivery method

  • Kerbside as standard — we drop at the closest safe point to your property.
  • Tail-lift on most loads. Heavy or bulk timber can be palletised on request where suitable and where our delivery network allows.
  • We don't give an exact time slot — routes are planned around the day's drops. Most orders arrive between 9am and 4pm on weekdays, and 9am and 1pm on Saturdays.

Access

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the delivery point is safely accessible — access width, ground condition, parking and overhead clearance. Tell us when you order if access is tight (narrow lane, soft ground, parking restrictions, low cables) so we can route accordingly. If we attempt delivery and cannot complete it because of access we couldn't reasonably anticipate, a re-delivery may be charged.

You don't need to be home

You can leave instructions to drop the order in a safe place — driveway, side return, front garden — if you won't be in. Please tell us where when you order. We'll photograph the drop where we can.

  • Hours: Mon–Fri 7:30–4:00 · Sat 9–3 · Sun closed
  • Click & collect is free. Please ring ahead on 0191 500 9669 so we have your order ready.
  • Bring a suitable vehicle and a hand if your load is heavy — some items (sleepers, posts in volume) are heavy. Office staff cannot help load on safety grounds.

Outside our standard areas

We deliver further than the postcodes listed on the site by arrangement — including parts of County Durham and further into Northumberland — we just price it case by case. Drop your postcode in the quote form or ring the yard.
